This Privacy Policy explains how Vendora (“we”) collects and uses personal data when you visit https://vendora.co.rs or use our Service.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, locale.
• Business data: store name, catalog, photos, schedule, Telegram bot token (encrypted), customer messages you choose to store.
• Widget usage: visitor session counters, optional lead phone/email captured in chat, page host.
• Billing: subscription status and Paddle customer IDs. Card data is handled by Paddle — we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical logs: IP address, user agent, error logs for security and debugging.

2. How we use data

To provide the Service, authenticate users, bill subscriptions, improve AI quality on your catalog, prevent abuse, and communicate service notices. We do not sell personal data.

3. Processors

We use trusted processors such as hosting providers, email delivery, AI inference (e.g. Groq), Telegram, and Paddle.com (Merchant of Record for subscription payments). Each processes data under their own terms and applicable law.

4. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@vendora.co.rs. Billing records may be retained as required for tax and accounting.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and preferences (language, theme). We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the marketing site.
