Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Vendora platform at https://vendora.co.rs (the “Service”), operated by Vendora (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
Vendora is software for small businesses. It includes Telegram sales bots, a web storefront, and an embeddable AI sales chat widget for third-party websites. Features depend on your subscription plan as described on our Pricing page.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you publish (product data, prices, photos, policies shown to your customers).
3. Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Prices are shown on /pricing and may change with notice for future renewal periods. Optional online payment processing for your end customers may include a platform fee disclosed at checkout configuration time (currently 3% when enabled).
4. Merchant of Record (subscriptions to Vendora)
Our order process for Vendora subscriptions is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns related to subscription payments. See also our Refund Policy.
5. Your customers and your storefront
When you sell goods or services to your own customers through Telegram or your storefront, you are the seller of those goods/services. You must comply with applicable consumer law, tax rules, and delivery obligations. Vendora provides software tools; we are not the seller of your catalog items unless explicitly stated.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware, adult content prohibited by payment partners, or anything that violates Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that create risk for the platform or payment partners.
7. AI features
AI replies are generated automatically from your site data and configuration. They can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for verifying critical information (prices, delivery, medical/legal claims) before relying on automated messages.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (Telegram, hosting, AI providers) may occur.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for paid plans is limited to fees you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
